Works That Wow! Contemporary Japanese Ceramics at the Cincinnati Art Museum

Over the past decade, CAM has had the opportunity to work with national and local collectors to build the museum's collection of contemporary Japanese ceramics. Thanks to their support and generosity, the collection has grown into an important and dynamic highlight that consistently "wows" visitors. In this presentation Mackenzie Strong, CAM's Curatorial Assistant for Decorative Arts and Design, reveals more about this fantastic collection, exploring its origins, recent displays, and select artworks and artists.
