The Cincinnati Asian Art Society sponsors monthly programs, generally from September through May.
On Sunday January 29, 2023 at 2:00 PM Kamellia Smith will introduce us to the art of Balinese dance that was born hundreds of years ago on the beautiful island of Bali in Indonesia. She’ll share with us the history of the dance - where it originated, what the head, eye, hand and body movements look like and what music accompanies it. Please click here for more information about our lecture and demonstration. A reception will follow at 3:00 PM where guests will be able to talk with Ms. Smith.
Our programs are free and open to the public. Some programs are for members only. To learn about becoming a member, please see our Join Page.
